While I am passionate about Network Chiropractic and see great benefit in sharing how fascinating a method it is; the wisdom in your body has a significant role in your care, that is the creation flare. There is a brilliant flow chart we follow within an outline of Planned Progression.
Developing a new body response is something more than having relief without resolution.

A network chiropractor practices a specific type of chiropractic technique called Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). The technique involves gentle touches and light pressure to specific points along the spine to stimulate the nervous system and release tension and stress, with the aim of improving overall health and wellness. The focus of network chiropractic is to improve the communication between the brain and the body to allow the body to heal itself more effectively and efficiently. It is a non-invasive and gentle approach to chiropractic care that can be helpful for a range of health issues, from chronic pain to stress and anxiety. To try network chiropractic, find a qualified network chiropractor in your area and schedule a consultation to learn more.
Be prepared to provide your previous medical history and your intake forms
The number of visits required for network chiropractic care can vary depending on the level of care recommended by your chiropractor. For instance, level 1 care typically involves 2-3 visits per week for a period of 2-3 months, while level 2 care can last for 6-9 months. However, it's important to note that each patient is unique and may respond differently to treatment. The speed at which your spine adjusts to the adjustments can affect the length of your treatment plan. As you progress through your care, your chiropractor will work with you to determine the appropriate milestones and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Remember, the goal of network chiropractic care is to help your body function at its best, and the length of your treatment plan will be based on your individual needs and goals.
For adjustments only, expect your visit to be about 30 minutes. For SRI Breathwork, expect your visits to be about 30 minutes. For a combo of both network chiropractic adjustment AND SRI breathwork, expect the session to be about 60 minutes (likely less).
When attending a network chiropractic appointment, it's important to wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Loose-fitting clothing, such as athletic wear or yoga pants, is recommended to ensure that your chiropractor can access the areas of your body. Additionally, it's often a good idea to avoid wearing jewelry or accessories that may interfere with the treatment. Ultimately, the goal is for you to feel relaxed and comfortable during your appointment, so choose clothing that allows you to do so.
